Our company was founded in Istanbul in 2013 by Faruk Sanisoğlu under the name MCC. From day one the principle was the same: production that respects human health and the environment.
Production continued under the name Dr-Paste, well known in the industry. The motto "Strength Through Quality" became the brand's identity.
Production standards were certified internationally with ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and Halal certificates.
With the New Year Collection and the Sevgim Altıok Flower Collection, the mould archive passed 1400 designs.
Training resumed under academy director Funda Akay, raising new masters with a different course every month.
Growing steadily to a capacity equivalent to 450 tonnes, Dr-Paste has become one of the world's few fondant manufacturers.
